This project was a knock down and rebuild. The original home was an asbestos cabin that required careful removal by experts. The clients wanted to design a home that they would retire to and remain if their health deteriorated. The home was then designed with passive solar principles and complete wheelchair access.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area. The exterior is single brick with colorbond roofing, aluminum windows and tiled outside areas. The inside features an open plan living area, blackbutt flooring and remains a pleasant temperature all year round.
