Extension / two new decks
This project involved an extension to a second story deck and downstairs patio. The original deck was approximately a third of the size and the clients wanted to take advantage of the waterside location and excellent views.
The design required extensive engineering and use of a crane to get steel beams in place. Windows were replaced with large glass doors, tiling to the upstairs deck and timber finish to the downstairs patio. The clients are very happy and entertain friends in their newly finished area.
